CHIP 2024 – Registration fees

• Registration Package covers the scientific program and exhibition, coffee breaks and lunch breaks. Only registered participants are allowed to attend scientific sessions. Participants are requested to wear their badge for all the event.

• The participation fee does not include value added tax (VAT) and is paid in Lei exclusively through the online payment platform.
  *Exchange rates may vary. To see current exchange rates, please ask your bank, or refer to a web based currency converter.
  

• Following the purchase of the participation fee and by completing the registration form on the website https://chipromania.com, the participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email.

• If the participant does not complete the registration form, he/she may be considered not registered and may not subsequently receive the access data on the platform/access to the event at the location.

• The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In such cases, cancellation policy will be applied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• I NEED AN INVOICE, HOW DO I PROCEED?

  The invoice can be requested at [email protected] . Send an e-mail with the subject “CHIP invoice request” along with proof of payment. Invoices can only be requested in the month in which you have paid the participation fee.

• I FILLED OUT THE FORM BUT DIDN’T MAKE THE PAYMENT. HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

  You log in to your account with the email address and password created when filling out the form. Afterwards, access the “REGISTER” menu button, choose your registration category and complete the payment by entering the card data.

• CAN PAYMENT ONLY BE MADE ONLINE?

  Yes, the payment of the conference and workshop participation fee can be made exclusively ONLINE.

• CAN I PAY MORE PARTICIPATION FEES FROM MY ACCOUNT?

  Multiple fees cannot be paid from one participant account. Each registration must be done individually, otherwise the payment for those who do not have an account in the platform will not be considered as registration and the money will be returned.

• IF I CAN NO LONGER PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT, HOW DO I PROCEED TO REFUND THE FEE?
